I'll be making many posts like this and wish to keep clutter down by putting it all in one thread.

To begin, I am NOT on fiber this weekend as promised. I have exams and studies to tend to, and six hours on the road chews up that time quickly. My apologies to those who were looking forward to the opportunity.

Happy to see this is about optical and not dietary.

I HAVE INGESTED AN ENTIRE LOAF OF BRAN AND SHOULD BE EXPECTED TO BE ON FIBER THROUGHOUT THE WEEKEND.

is this going to be a regular thing? it seems potentially very productive. i can imagine it inspiring a movement of sorts, as many will be impacted and choose to follow your fiber example. i'd say it's the #2 best idea i've read on the forum. i just hope whatever movement, if any, that materializes maintains some cohesion and does not become too loose.

I have been awake for 30 hours scrambling to finish a project, one expected homework, one UNexpected homework; and now I get a breather to discover I forgot about a lab due at midnight.

I will not be -alive- tonight, let alone on fiber.

I wound up sleeping half the day. It's not worth it to travel home.
I am very sorry to players like Jeds, deimos, and Rethink who look forward a shot at me on a clean connect, which only happens once a month at most.

Traveling to my father's is six hours round trip, and if I don't leave on Friday evening with plans to leave early Monday morning (5 AM, I have class @ 9AM!) then it just isn't worth it.
I know that you all are very forgiving, especially with the understanding that I'm taking 19 credits this semester; I'm just disappointed that I've failed to meet on fiber for two weeks after declaring it.

I will make full review of my assignments come Monday and make a much more educated guess to my weekend travels.
