LOL, I just got your text.
I appreciate the post. I will be back.
Truth is I think I need a break - that loss yesterday really sent me over the edge.
As with everyone else from time to time I do believe the stress of real life affects me a tremendous amount and descent is my escape or my drug. I need to focus back on real life for a bit, collect myself and see how I can try to be highly competitive without getting mad? I don't get it. I don't understand how you can disarm me of everything I've worked for. It is pretty demoralizing, but I respect your performance and I deserve that score - Clearly, I'm doing something fundamentally wrong. There are much "weaker/less experienced pilots" who can avoid a defeat like that consistently against you. Maybe its nothing mechanical, or the lack of skill, maybe its pride, tactics, I have no idea, but I'm going to watch that painful demo (if I saved it) and figure it out in a week or so.
I don't know how you did it. It felt like no matter what you did you were no where near where my reticle needed to be.
I don't think the suicides hurt me at all. If I didn't suicide I do believe my ratio to kills/death would have been far worse.
I did lose complete control when it was about 7-0, but I kept trying to go back to a calm game and I just could not....which ultimately left me more and more frustrated as the see-saw like composure I was keeping would swing into a "give-up-like-state". When I was trying it would be for 2-3 deaths....then I would lose it again.
I just need to figure out how you did that to me, and figure out how to overcome something like that - how to adjust - how to be better ultimately. I don't think its anything mechanics wise. I do think from a mental standpoint you completely dominated me that entire game, and not only that - you didn't let up or show weakness once. I failed to force you to change up like you usually do. You played the same way the entire way through and I had no answers through the entirety of the match.
But, thanks for that experience, I'm sure I will learn from it for when I return. Again, I'm not mad - I just need a pretty good break.

Hey, I lost 20-5 or something like that vs Bahamut recently in Nysa x3 I think it was.....and like you, I expect more from myself.....and generally perform better than that.
I had no answers. Nothing I did worked. Nothing hit. Everything went wrong. I had a very demoralizing loss. I don't think that I rage quit/retired afterwards (though that is my norm). (Then again, if I do...sometimes it's for 5 minutes and often not more than a day or so)
What I did do was face him again under the same circumstances to see if it was a fluke or was he going to hold me to that score from now on. That 'revenge' game went well for me.
It's extremely rare for me to hold you to a low score....so I wouldn't put much weight on this one game.
also...U have 50 matches you need to get in so that Birds will join.
