Descent LAN -- July 26-29, Denver, CO

Location: 17335 Nature Walk Tr, Parker, CO 80134 -- open 8am-11pm each day (confirm with Lothar, Drakona or Foil for Thursday arrivals.) The space is large enough for about 20 people with computers, and has a kitchen. Please use common sense -- clean up after yourselves, no alcohol for minors, don't disturb nearby residents.

Fee: None.

Hotels: the nearest are the Holiday Inn, Hampton Inn, and Super 8 (all in Parker).

Games: Descent 1. Maybe other Descent games and Overload, but expect mostly D1.

I would love, and I mean LOVE, to see you guys play a big team game of Overload on LAN (with low / no pings) and screen record it. Would be so very cool, and a much better test of the game’s potential than dealing with servers, imo!

If you guys do manage this, OBS Studio is your best bet for recording it... hopefully there'll be someone there who knows how to operate it!
