D2 level

Finished a D2 1v1 level, would be interested to find out if it works or not. I did a little bit of experimentation in places (especially the tunnel with the lava and "speed bumps") and it's always hard to be sure if people will like it or hate it... lava is fake which should take the edge off it hopefully.

Too late for the contest of course but that's fine - I needed a little extra time to put something together that I felt okay about. Getting votes for a D2 level is going to be a tall order anyway
