Drakona IS AWESOME!

It was such a pleasure to meet her at the LAN. I can't believe there are people who love descent even more than I do. It's insane! I stopped to think about it...she coded retro, she made this wonderful ladder that has me addicted worse than any drug, yet she still finds time to immerse herself within the community. BONUS: She made some badass 3d models for the LAN, which are absolutely amazing!

AND...

Luke, holy crap, you guys have no idea how awesome of a host this guy is (unless you've gone before). The lan was incredible! I felt completely comfortable staying at his house. So comfortable, I'm pretty sure I outstayed my welcome (but dude descent, descent, descent)! I really hope as many people as possible come down in August for the big one. Luke your wife's cooking is amazing. Cajun is the best (even though I'm allergic to onions)! Everything is true: Luke is definitely one of the nicest guys outside of the game of descent. If you don't come in August you are certainly missing out. Awesome food, Awesome space to Lan, Awesome times!

I'll try not to speed next time.

Also, I will supply all red bulls for the next LAN!

D'awww. It was a treat to meet you too, man. I've seen a lot of people fall (back) in love with this game in the last couple years, but I can't think of many who fell quite so hard and so fast.

And yeah. The hospitality at the Martin house is LEGENDARY. It was a truly great weekend.
