When I was working in the factory, I managed to jam the the front-end crane we used to loading half-to-whole ton loads of rolled mylar into position for film coating. I had done so by using the manual override to speed things up, since the auto-mode had been missing the target and cancelling operation several times that evening. Since it was evening shift on the weekend, it was unlikely we'd be able to get maintenance to come down and align the lasers.

Naturally, the computer thought I overran the loading platform, which should be impossible, but the alignment lasers insisted it must be the case. This created a logic condition that did not have a favorable results, locking the whole front-end mechanization up.

Being quite wet behind the ears, when my foreman demanded to know what the fsck I thought I was doing, I told them the truth: my A-operator suggested the maneuver. I failed to mention his other instruction, "Don't get caught."
Joe was pissed at me for weeks. But he saw I bloody sorry I was, dragging my ass on the ground and sulking, he decided to have fun for a bit and troll me.

When I was working the crane, he ripped open the small door for the garbage pass through, and shouted, "DON'T FSCK IT UP!!!!!" I nearly leaped out of my skin.
