I'll certainly think about it.

This brings up the discussion as to what type of variants are considered "acceptable" or not. What is deemed acceptable seems arbitrary, which is okay I guess?

If I wanted to play against somebody using laser cannons only, why should I not be able to do that? I find it one of the Best ways to judge the pilots' skills

EDIT: I get why you wouldn't want to watch the final match if it were aglaia(L1 only), but to even say that you'd throw the request out doesn't sound very "fun" to me;

on MEGA NYSA and mega filled (funsized) maps, they don't require ANY skill except basic chording etc.

Bahamut, u lost to me in mega Nysa 20-7 and 20-3.... I guess you need work on your basic chording...... Or maybe just maybe it means u aren't qualified to speak to what skills it takes to be dominant in mega Nysa.

Just because you don't possess them or understand them does not mean that mega nysa is devoid of skill

The Observatory isn't just about judging pilot's skills. Are people going to want to watch a laser 1 dual? Or a mega match where the players are too afraid to confront each other?

So, Jedi vs Bahamut in a basic chording competition just now.....result before he quit in humiliation was 15 to NEGATIVE 4.

I suppose bahamut doesn't know how to basic chord. I mean...there aren't ANY skills involved other than that right???

You don't have to like the level Bahamut....I have no problem with that but don't declare that it takes no skill at all except for the most basic of chording. That's insulting and it's ignorant.

If all it was ....was basic chording or what did you say in our game just now?....taping a rock to the secondary fire button then I'm sure that I would have lost at least once in my entire match history in that map....wouldn't you think?
