Past and Present - REALM

We don't do this for everyone, but REALM needs a special introduction.
As most of you know, he was banned from the IDL 13 years ago for cheating.
The community hadn't really heard from him ever since, until he showed up out of the blue a few days ago. Realm does not hide from the fact that he cheated in the past but he assures us that he wants this opportunity to redeem himself and frankly the Admin of this ladder feel he has more than served his time.
DCL isn't IDL, and it isn't Rangers. We don't uphold bans from other groups -- Bubble and Lionclaw are welcome here as they have caused no issues on this ladder. We certainly aren’t going to continue to enforce a ban from some other ladder for an offense that was committed 13 years ago by a then immature 20 year old. We've all done a lot of growing up since then.
You all know that, but we just wanted to make sure it's official and there's no ambiguity:
REALM is welcome here. Period.
He’s actually a talented pilot with a good attitude and deserves a second chance.
We've talked to several old school pilots about having him around, and everyone seems comfortable with it.
If you're an exception, you can talk to him, or you can talk to us. In the mean time, please extend your warmest greetings in the mines.
