its been over that since I could post on comments over that. Just seems funny because where I never added anything to the equation as Lothar said (which is totally and unequivocally true) I never spew the bad manner some people do. I never did in match comments or matches period but I was exiled because I started when I was 9 and finished at 14. Birdseye was at a lan with me. He never said a word because he knew I was a kid (I think 12 at the time?) and my dad probably would’ve crushed him. Side note, LOL. But really. I was forced to move from bronze to silver even though I had all the numbers to fight it. I want to play some games again but unfortunately I feel like being an average of 12 years old makes you people mangle your own opinions. And the ladder is biased. Roncli I’m sorry I beat you so hard with Vulcan you got upset but I never said one ill thing to you my friend. Dave I apologize for being a dick and not knowing how people talk to each other. Wait what silly cunt got you banned from the comments? What was the comment? I know you trolled some people and they got butthurt but had no idea you were banned. For sure another reason why to dislike this ladder which is a pretty long list as it is.

You know moh, I had extended an olive branch to you quite some time ago. You chose to completely ignore it. Your post above seemed to be on the right track for someone that wanted to bury the hatchet and just play games again on the DCL but you just couldn't help yourself at the end there could you? You needed to throw in one last jab and declare someone else as childish?

the "lol" doesn't nullify the comment.

Now, for my part. I've said and done things that perhaps I would say or do differently today as it relates to you as well as ernie. I've spoken to Ernie personally and made an attempt to mend old grievances.

I'm not against you coming back and playing on the DCL but your last comment along with Ernie's response admittedly brings me pause.

I'm not interested in revisiting hate filled drama and negativity. People need to accept responsibility for their role in what took place and not just blame someone else. Your decisions, actions and comments got you banned and it was not without warning.

Moh, again, I am TOTALLY for burying the hatchet and moving forward to a place where we can play games with one another and have a good time. I am NOT interested in inciting hatred and drama and injecting it back into the DCL scene.

Ernie, I have to admit that I'm disappointed in your response to moh's post. He had a lot of positive things to say but you took hold of the ONE negative comment he made and decided to jump on board and incite flames using very derogatory verbiage.

Ernie, if you are filled with such hatred for this ladder why do you stay? No one forces you to stay. No one keeps you from building a ladder that better fits your visions of how a ladder should be. In fact, was I not a huge supporter of your recent ladder attempt? I offered advice and more importantly played on it more than any other pilot.

So I just ask that you be more mindful of the words you choose to use to express your feelings Ernie. If there are things you hate about the DCL surely there is a way to discuss it without being so derogatory. If there are ways to improve the DCL that you feel strongly about then just talk to us all about them. I was very respectful of your ladder and offered my help/advice in a respectable manner. Please try to do the same with me.

We banned you from commenting on matches when I told you at one point that some comments were out of line, and you told me I had no right to tell you what to do. That is where the matter stands. Last we discussed it, none of the admins were opposed to letting you comment again if you understood the problem and were chill, but we do have to have a conversation with you about it and make sure that is the case. Which... I mean, you don't *sound* very chill.

You can still play. You can still post on the forums. Chill out, and you can comment on matches again. But don't go down the road you're currently on, of complaining and making drama in public rather than being constructive. I would rather be discussing the awesome achievements of various pilots on the forum than moh's latest grievance, and will absolutely kick you out again if you insist on tracking too much mud into the living room.

Play hard, honor greatness, seek out and master challenges. Or go away. DCL is not for everyone. If it's not for you, go do something else.

Moh I think if you stop and think about it, you aren't really still that upset at Jedi or people here. I think you're likely upset about something else when you come here to revisit these topics, you're projecting anger at the community. If I'm wrong, I apologize, I certainly do not wish to bother you. This community can be a source of friendship, support, and fun if you want to join in. You could start today and turn this area into a de-stressing area of relaxation, and move on from all the conflicts.

birdseye is right. You could just play DCL matches and be a positive contributor to the community in your games and on the forums and in mumble.

I don't think that anyone is still looking at you as a child and your current woes are not the fault of when you played during the IDL era. You entered the DCL era as an adult. You have made decisions that have lead to the consequences you find yourself in now.

You were not banned from the DCL and could have been playing this entire time. Even had you been banned you could have been part of the Descent community via mumble/rangers. For whatever reason you made the personal decision to not be part of this community.

If you want to be part of this community now I would advise you to leave the past where it belongs and start fresh. Your post above is all about the past and you seem to hold resentment still. Let go of it and you will get what you are asking for.
