So am I doing this right? I feel like I am. I've rebooted, tried setting a static IP, dinked around in the router config changing things that might make a difference, then changing them back22. Take a look and tell me what you think.

That looks right. It matches my setup (obviously not exactly the same IP choices). As long as you're only behind one router, that should be OK -- but if you're behind 2, you might need to set up forwarding in both places.
