Who was your Descent rival?
Posted: Sat Jun 13, 2015 12:08 pmWho were the pilots that were your most evenly matched opponents....you know....the pilots you played against that neither of you really knew who was going to walk away with the win and most matches ended up going the distance in over-time. These matches almost always seemed to be won by the 2 point margin required to call it a victory.
For me the ones that stick out were:
Jediluke vs Tobycat (I don't believe there was a pilot back in the day that I had more over-time matches with than Toby)
Jediluke vs Spread97 (we traded wins and were generally enemies for the majority of our Descent careers)
Jediluke vs Djcjr (This rivalry has really hit it's peak in recent years and I'm most proud of my wins vs this great opponent. We've had some serious over-time matches and our scores have been very consistent)
(honorable mentions: Mark392, rott, bubble, pavel96, kidthunder, nitrate, birdseye, I'll complete this list later...gotta go)
