I had no idea that many people still used 3dfx cards and win2k.

Yeah, it looks like an IPv6 issue. Your OS doesn't support IPv6, so it crashes. I'd have to look and see what kp did to fix it, but from reading the thread it almost sounded as though it required compiling a different binary altogether.

afaik Win2K did have IPV6 support, it was only never used at the time, I could be confused with WinXP Pro though.
I Can look in to this as well, if that is of any need
Update **
You are right Roncli, I just checked only Ipv4 support for Win2K Pro, Ipv6 came in WinXP Pro then

@ organic io
Friends of mine did, i focused more on testing x-3dfx community drivers and also drivers from AmigaMerlin and SFFT.
As Games went I mainly played were these:
Freespace2
Descent 3
X-Wing Alliance with Dark Saber's Ultimate Craft Pack 1.1
Falcon 4.0 + Free Falcon 3.2
Flanker 2.0 + 2.51 Update
Unreal Tournamnet Game of The Year Edition 1999
Star Wars: Jedi Knight: Dark Forces II + Mysteries of The Sith
Star Wars: Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast
Star Wars: Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy
Star Wars: Episode I: Racer
Star Wars: Rogue Squadron 3D
Freelancer, I got it that far that it ran for like 30mins before giving an odd error, still wondering if this has been fixed nowadays.
This topic here shows many other VGA cards I had than my 3dfx Voodoo's
http://forums.evga.com/Meet-my-VGA-Tabl ... px#2030876
Here the Voodoo5 6000 I had:
3dfx Voodoo5 6000 AGP 128MB Rev.A 3700 + 3dfx Voodoo Volts

Haha, that thing is absolutely insane! It even has a "handle" on the end. I think the fact that it required external power and was sooooooo long might have been some of the reasons it didn't make it to market.
