If you can't hear me...

Hey guys...

If you can't hear me talking during 'fun' games with me it's because I have chosen to turn my mic off. This is an experiment to see if removing the ability to instantly complain and force me to have to hit f8 and take the time to spew a complaint via typing will simply deter me from doing so all together.

I understand that it won't cure me of the annoyance that I feel when lag robs me of some hard earned shield reductions but I'm hoping that it will help me be less of an ass verbally to the likes of LoNi_ for whom I have immense respect for and for anyone else who has been unfortuante enough to have to put up with me at times like that.

I rank dropped/retired and am not even playing practice matches to punish myself and to use the time to reflect on how not to allow the things that aggrevate me to cause my negative reactions...first baby step...is turning off the mic.

My sincerest apologies to LoNi_, Bahamut, DKH and anyone else that has seen my dark side.

It's an on going struggle..and I'm sure I'll have my stumbles...but I'm hoping not to.
