But I'm here to help make sure you give him your best shot.
You have 6 days before you have fight this match. Don't rush into it. Get some good practice games in. I think you are still Silver grade.

I have written out a prescription for you:

First of all, I will be on until midnight for the next few days; let's spar!

Thirdly, you know just as well as I do that your attitude about a match going into it has a heck of a lot to do with how you end up performing in said match. Psychology is a huge aspect of this game. Get on top of it, and stay there!
