Is this a bug?

I am not the only one that has ran into this problem. This happens off and on with a few other people. Last night it was with Rethink/SoulJah/Myself. We would try to join a game but nothing would pop up. It would hang as if there were no game to join but you see it right on the screen. Its on the tracker and others are in the game playing without a problem. Sometimes you would get a message that said something along the lines of the game is no longer available, IP is wrong, and yada. I just never said anything about before because I was thinking it was only me (perhaps a packet problem or what not) but others are having it happen (doesn't happen often but when it does its a pain to try and fix.)

That means you can't get a response from the game host. Usually some flavor of network problem.
