Promotion/Demotion Time Stamps

Looking through people's profiles it can be very interesting seeing their history, especially if they're had several promotion challenges etc. The only piece of missing info I feel is the WHEN. So and so made tried to make silver, failed, attemped again and was promoted, was this within a few months, or was it actually a much longer period. They've now made gold, how long did that take?

Hopefully not to hard to implement!
