Super weird bug.

>On laptop at college
>Host game in retro 1.4.x5
>untracked
>Swarthy's level 'Rusty' (v2.0)

Some textures have been changed with a weird blue overlay.
Screenshots show the issue.
The recorded demo does not show the issue.
Unable to reproduce so far.

You're in for quite a ride with DLE. I already have about 25 "this looks wrong, needs investigation" things on my list. Most have been there for years :(
