Bug: Joining full game says can't observe game in lobby

You cannot observe a game that hasn't started yet!"

When trying to join a game that is full this message pops up.

Yup, the messages got crossed when Drakona went to release v1.4x5. I put them back in the right places for the next version.

Also, to be fair, github's probably a better place to put stuff like this. The Rebirth guys watch that repository, too, because some times these are Rebirth bugs as well.
