I know some people have it but we do not have a list of the people that have this problem. Mine was the point of freezing every few minutes when the action started. I have possibly fixed mine but I do not know which fixed it.

Disable startup: steam client bootstrapper, battlenet startup, twitch app, discord

Update to the newest Nvidia drivers that were released last night.

I did a few other things but forgot what all I did. If we work together we can overcome this problem!

I know that Jedi, Maestro, Roncli, and Code all have this problem (Some more than others.) That did not happen till an update came out for Windows 10. b2af is the only one that has Windows 10 that I know of and doesn't have the problem.

Yeah, it started happening for me in November when the fall creator's update came out. It's dumb, and I'm noticing it in games, although not nearly as much as in observer mode. Makes me think it has something to do with the rendering engine, because in observer mode it renders *everything*, whereas outside of observer mode it only renders what's in line of sight.

I ran the suggested fixes/installations and I still have the issue.

Yeah, i first got it a couple months back, i didn't really think much of it, then i began to get it EXTREMELY often Happening at least 1 time a game, although sometimes it's like 5-10 seconds... I've had one that lasted minutes before it decided to crash

I used to get this. I think I fixed it by forcing the GPU to its maximum speed. When I watched the GPU speeds, it would drop to idle for a time, then I would get a stutter and it would bump to normal gameplay speeds. I started recording my gameplay and it stopped happening. I haven't played enough to know if it is completely fixed by this.
