Also I'm thinking that maybe you create a Team Name: followed by creating team appropriate Pilot Names:
EX: Team Blues Brothers Pilots: Jake & Elwood
Team Top Gun: Pilots: Maverick and Goose
etc...

I've always wanted this, but through previous discussion, it's been said that this is and should stay a 1v1 ladder.
For example, on the now defunct, GLHFGG.org, the team play was implemented, and it was a really fun take on competitive D1.
It was implemented pretty well!
But I'm down for it.

Code, I did not mean to be unclear about this. This would NOT be a DCL ladder thing. The ladder is 1 v 1. Period.
This is gauging interest for a leage.....not a ladder. A less competitive...more fun/competitive kinda teams vs teams...even perhaps an OBS thing.
so NON DCL

I would like the idea of a competitive 2v2 ladder regardless.

I think you got those points backwards, Jedi, not telling you what to do is DEFINITELY top of the list.

I would have two conditions: 1) Teams can pick D2 home levels if they want (this means they don't have to) - the option would be nice but a D2-only league doesn't make sense in my head 2) We can get that "your teammate is here" indicator from Overload
