Update the Help Section with Discord Link

I had to make a new Discord account, and I can't easily find a link to the server. This website still only has the Mumble link, so it would be good housekeeping to remove those links and post the updated Discord links.

I made a post about this exact topic and another suggestion and it was well ignored.

https://discord.gg/EVGMX6As I said in that forum post, the only way to find the discord server is through a local in the community or the rangers.

Fair response. But I'd like to point out I considered that it may have been unreasonable and suggested adding a text placement instead of the Widget.
The API/Widget idea is simple, and cool to implement. Discord even simplified it and made it integrable through the Application.
But in all honesty, maintenance especially when it relates to web design can be annoying and repetitive.
