The Discord chat b3ck started has 7 DCL pilots, but I'm frequently the only one on. I am certainly a fan of Discord, but if there are no pilots there, I usually just check Mumble chat to see if anyone I want to play on. The Discord chat also needs game voice chat channels, like Mumble, not sure if b3ck reads this or not though.

Therein lies the problem, though. If no one I want to play is on, I don't log into Mumble, whereas Discord I'm logged into 24/7. Granted I idle a lot, but I check DMs.
