Its been that way for over a year now. I reported it back then and another time later that year then gave up on it.

Happens when you are logged out. When you are logged in it doesn't show up.

Edit: Forgot to add that you can also see this on the front page not just on the profile page.

[Had to highlight the top just to show the text that you can't see on the bottom. The bottom one is same text but it just repeats itself like 3 times where the top one shows only once.]
