Re: Diablo vs Ernie
Bahamut, you know I respond emotionally to perceived attacks
But yeah, the game doesnt mean crap compared to your real life situations....and at the end of the day I consider you a friend and if you need something you just ask. If it's in my power, I've got your back.
Same for all my Descent pilots. @$$Man! We may love to hate eachother in game but I love you anyways. No, seriously...I don't hate you....I just don't handle myself well in certain situations. It's the main reason I'm retired from the DCL.
I'm flawed. I don't see it changing....so the answer for me seems to be to take a step back.
Bahamut, if we're going to have a DCL vendetta....your best chance of that happening is at the LAN. I 'may' unretire for the LAN and then re-retire upon it's completion. So come down and take advantage.

Vendetta doesn't have to be on DCL, it was never implemented

Making the right decision every time..... Sounds good.... Lord knows I haven't succeeded at that goal.

The thing about that lothar, is that each different pilot whether good or bad makes different mistakes. That's why playing as many different people 1on1 is the best way to get better, learning how to spot the mistakes that make it easy to get killshots is fundamental in becoming a more balanced and all around better pilot. There is also a degree of adaptability involved that's necessary towards even progressing whatsoever, if one doesn't have the right mindset, they could play for years and stay at the same level the whole time.
