I'll second for Lee, he has some of the best work ethic on this ladder. Whilst I like "Diligent-LEE" maybe just "Dil-LEE-gent".

In the space of two months Maestro went from "slightly better than flaming garbage!" to silver tier on his first attempt with a cushy score of +8. Maestro wasn't new to the ladder in fact, by his own admission he had already been retired three times for inactivity. Despite this and the general lack of activity in bronze tier last season, he was determined to improve upon his skills and managed to play a tonne of games in the process (earning him the courage ribbon, rather fittingly). Maestro would actively seek out pilots who were much better positioned than him on the ladder, regardless of what may happen so that he could learn from the experience and become a better all-round pilot. He did all of this with a great attitude albeit rather self-deprecating at times. Hes a good egg and a great example of what can be achieved if you put the work in.
