With most pilots, I make a mistake, I realize my mistake, and then I take damage. With Zero, he has already read my mistake and executed and is feeding me blueberries before I'm even done making the mistake, and then I realize my mistake from the clangs. Just a stellar pilot.

Not many pilots could have passed your gold promo challenge. It was an all-timer because you got the whole house and the kitchen sink thrown at you.

I remember your name back in the early 2000s from Descent 3 Parallax , back when my brother Sergeant Thorne used to play and I was just getting started. Even then you had the reputation of someone who's skill should be feared and who deserves respect, and you still have that reputation now. It was fun playing you, though sometimes frustrating :), and I appreciated the few Descent 1 training sessions we had. It was also cool to get to meet you in person down in Louisiana.

If memory serves me right, I *think* we may've had one or two matches against each other in The Observatory, but that's it. What I remember more from you though is how impressive your skills are in general, and how you've won at least one season in The Observatory, and continue to be among the best 6DoF pilots to this day (albeit in Overload currently).

Like with many pilots, it feels more like knowing you as a top ace pilot who've made their mark in history...one people in school and history buffs learn about and think about with a smile on their face in terms of how skillful you can be.

Maybe one day we can fight against each other in the DCL during this Legacy era. You would certainly wipe the floor with me (like many others have or can), but it would be a pleasure to have the experience.
