Wireless is unacceptable for competition play
Wireless is unacceptable for competition play. I know it goes both ways but I want to enjoy the game and I am wired. I wish you all the best thank you for the games. Let me know when it becomes a requirement to have a wired connection and I will return. Opponents skipping across the screen is unacceptable. That's why I am out. Peace.

This is why I founded the |FCC|
AKA: F*CK CRAPPY CONNECTIONS or FIBER CONNECTION CLUB
but on a serious note...I absolutely hate sub-par connections and I think wireless has inherent flaws for competitive play.
That being said, I continue to play the wireless ppl and it frustrates me to no end. Ultimately I'd rather have some pilots to play that are wireless than no pilots.
also...IF these ppl can simply plug in a wire to play DCLs....then they absolutely should. Period.

To everyone else, I apologize for rage quitting. I will still play ffa's and obs and probably be back on the ladder after I cool the F**K off but it is no fun to be competing on a ladder against a noob who talks so much shit to my friends with a shit connection and he gets to stay around while they retire to get away from the drama.
Code I stuck up for you and encouraged you giving you all benefit of the doubt when others hated you but your behavior continues to be insufferable to a lot of good people here and frankly if you were my son I would ban you from this game and forum until you learned how to shut your mouth and be grateful these people allow you to play with them at all. I did not retire because of you personally. Like Jedi said, "I absolutely hate sub-par connections and I think wireless has inherent flaws for competitive play." During a promo match, it is especially important to wire up.
You have a good side I've seen it. However, that being said, your other dark and immature comments, explosive temper, and your third-person narrative make me wonder if you need to have a talk with your own father about how to control your emotions in social situations before you set off into the real world.
Dude, you need to care. It's a game that requires patience, social etiquette, understanding, and a cat 6 cable. Not in that order. You seem to bring this on yourself and what you need to do is turn off your attitude, swallow your pride, be appreciative there even is a ladder for you to play on and enjoy the fun while it lasts. As with all things, there is a limited time for this.

the purpose of the 3rd person narrative was to illustrate that I have lost to liberty to speak as 1, I understand the misunderstanding
Personally I only really noticed one burst, but in most matches, this happens at least once in a game and that one burst didn't really give me a quick easy kill
I'll be the first to admit, swarthy had some questionable moments where I questioned if the kill was legitimate
Im stepping away from this until a conclusion has been made
And lee, I don't know where you found that quote and generally I would really like to know

Per the connection snapshot in the match comment you had heavy loss up and not down. So you wouldn't notice much most of the time, as you're accepting most of Swarthy's packets, but he's not getting your location packets thus he (and we observing) see you skipping. Two-way loss is bad, but one-way is worse because it explicitly favors one player.

Oh no problem, Code. See at the top of the Descent Champions Ladder forum page theres a link titled 'Search'? Left-click on it then in the 'Search for author' field type: "Code" and press enter. Oh by the way, are you going to ask to replay the promotion match?
