Good-Bye

Morf, I feel you brother, you’re alwasy my brother and I’ll have to come cook out with you and your lady!

You know what? Now is as good a time as any. Losing to Jedi so handily in season 8 has sat surprisingly well with me and I’m at peace with my Descent career. It’s been the best of times, y’all. Y’all are my family forever and I’ll be sure to check in, but it’s time for me to check out as well.

I can’t think of a better way to end it. One last harrah with you, Dave. It’s the only way I could ever see it ending, and I’m honored and overjoyed to depart with you. We should go out the way we came in: one last struggle in NYSA. Kind of as a “here’s” to the recent times, and a “tip of the cap” to how we began this epic journey.

My last game is for you, too, Dave. One last time, win or lose, I’m satisfied.
