Do you think anyone minds if I upload demos to Youtube?

This all goes back to the honor system and someone not being a Dbag and watching your stream on a second monitor. I won't stream a serious game even with the 30 second delay. I think we are all honorable... but I see it being an issue as we grow.

It's not a big deal and probably wouldn't be. For one 30 seconds in this game could mean that you have been around the whole map and fought a few times by the end of that time frame. I seen you blacked out the screen once because of it. You can just put a longer delay on the stream. It's not like you are trying to keep up with chat in real time. Put it on a minute delay and be done with it. I'd just leave it at 30 seconds because I don't camp for 30 seconds at a time.

I don't know if the delay is controllable - my impression of Twitch is that it's always that slow. It can actually get annoying in the 90% of instances where you don't want it.

With the delay in place, though, it's tough to get much of use out of a Descent game with the typical pace it's played at; but there are a few things you can get, most notably the shield reading of your opponent. But we shouldn't have to ask people not to exploit that - there's no money on this game, the temptation shouldn't be that great.

I have a question for twitch users, Does using it while playing cause a drain in ram or processor? is it easy to use?

If you are streaming with good quality then yes it does use a bit of processing power and some ram. If you stream in low quality it probably better just to upload your demos to a drop box. The program is easy to use (after setup) and free.
