"Tool-tips" for trophies

Was thinking it would be great if, when you hover the mouse cursor over a trophy on the main ladder page, a tool-tip would appear with the name of the trophy. I think it's just an "alt" attribute on the image or something like that - but that might have been in the 1990s, maybe it's different now.
