It's already relatively irrelevant: "D1 is required, the others are optional. Everyone is expected to meet challenges in commonly played D1 levels, schedules permitting. The other games may be played by mutual consent." ()
What that basically means is that you only have to meet challenges in D1 - though I presume there are exceptions for trophies. There currently is no D3 trophy, though, and if there were, firstly Jedi wouldn't want to hold it, and secondly because trophies are by tier, you'd have to be gold tier to challenge him for it.

So, yeah, he gets out of this one. :)

Sirius is technically correct. Challenges are . . . technically a lot more limited than y'all are making 'em out to be. But you're having so much fun I wasn't going to say anything.

You can't officially challenge someone to a specific level under specific circumstances. You can potentially agree upon that outside of an official challenge.

You can not challenge someone officially to a 'vendetta' (which don't officially exist on the DCL currently)

You can challenge a pilot to a DCL match in D1 (level to be agreed upon, if you can not agree upon a level then you 'push the button' for the random level generator.

There hasn't been set in place a system to challenge pilots to vendettas yet, and so I do it on the forums, I would be down to cancel that and just play 1
