Why isn't a 22-20 victory, with a kill target of 14 worth a +8 score? Why is it +7?

OT counts as a 1 kill score differential -- as if the score had been 20-19. This also applies if you are given a target of "OT loss". 18-20 would be considered one short. Rethink had one of those.
