Promotion/Demotion Challenge

Suggestion:

When someone accepts the promotion/demotion challenge I think it would be nice for all the members of that tier to be notified via email so they have an opportunity to go and get that challenge spot!

Perhaps an opt in or opt out option to receive emails from admin of sorts??

thoughts?

Like it does with challenges. Hm.

Wouldn't bug me, we don't have people trying to get/stay in gold every day of the week.
