Pfunk, I have been negligent. Let us play several matches before seasons end! (which is fast approaching)

This new earlier schedule I'm on is not helping my gaming habit at all, especially with me being in the time zone I'm in, but all in all it is better for me in more ways than one.
Do try to get online earlier if at all possible.

Well, it appears Pfunk has been having issues with his internet connection that will not be resolved until a few days after this DCL season ends. :cry:

We played a match last night and ended up calling it practice because of the bad lag.

Thank you for the game this evening. We replayed the last level we played that was too laggy.

Started out very badly for me...
Lady Silver took an early 9-3 lead.
I closed the gap to make it 13-12 and then I performed a couple of suicides to push it back to 13-10.
Shortly later, Lady Silver opened up a 16-12 lead and getting closer to victory.
This is the point in the game that I stopped shooting homers and keeping them in my back pocket. A trick I learned from Morfod.
I proceeded to narrow the game to 16-15. After trading a couple of kills, I tied it at 17-17. PHEW!
The next two kills were crazy. I killed Lady Silver and she spawned RIGHT IN FRONT of me. Luckily, I've been hoarding smarts and delivered the blow... taking a 19-17 lead.
She managed one more kill before I hit 20-18, GG!

I changed weapons more often than I can remember trying to throw her off her game.... she is an incredible pilot.

Nice comeback.

Something I've been doing lately is trying to bait missiles out of other players. I did that to Wats in June Bug, which makes it extra effective because the missiles only spawn in a few places. I also was doing it a *little* bit to Lady Silver last night in Crimson, but more often than not "baiting" meant "blowing up the bait".
