Remove the cap on stars for Endurance

Please remove the star cap on the endurance award. IE: 32-30 & 33-31 should earn the 5th degree, 34-32 & 35-33 should earn 6th degree, etc. Those games are typically historic when they happen, and they should earn equally epic awards.

Apparently this applies to Dark Horse too. Cyrus's 6th didn't advance his medal any.

You know, this reminds me... is it legal to award a bronze player Complete Domination, if they have all the bronze class trophies? Because ^ that guy does
