Gold Promo Challenges

I think Gold promo challenges should be open to Gold and Diamond to challenge. I don't like that JediLuke has been eliminated from this process because of his superior skill.

There's a diamond promotion challenge.

Although, personally I think a diamond promotion challenge is worthy of an Observatory episode. ^_^

I feel less involved in some cool things the ladder has to offer because of being in such a small separate tier. I'd love to be able to participate.

Also.... Roncli... Seeing as how there are few diamond promo challenges.... It likely IS an observatory worthy event!

Come on souljah.... Put the time and effort in!
