Djcjr...aw man I wish I knew it was you. Don't take the brunt of that post because I've been wanting to post that for a while. I get your reasoning and afterwards I felt selfish for posting that so I apologize if I offended anyone. I was just getting salty. Who am I to tell people to come as their recognized pilot but I just like to know when my friends are here and the people I admire. It's a thrill to get a kill on a gold or, ahem, diamond for that matter and it makes it fun to play someone I know instead of feeling like I'm playing a bot or someone is trying to embarrass me. I didn't mean to single you out because you are certainly not the only one to do this. I treat the games as fun but when there is just one other I try my best as if it's a dcl so that I'll get better. Maybe this post will shed some understanding to others, that I like and admire all of you and you always have something to teach and it's great to see who is on. This community seems to be slowing down but like most of you my love for this game has not and I am thankful you people exist so we can enjoy it while we can and the door is always open to you whoever you are. It's just me, so really, you can be you.

As far as "Ladysilver", yes it's sad...to totally crush someone's confidence and make them want to retire for not being ladder worthy. I will get you one day. :lol:

roncli, we hadn't yet announced that feature but um, now is as good a time as any.

So, we felt this was the best way to combat someone taking advantage of playing a DCL under a different pilot's name on the DCL.

Unfortunately the nature of the fix means that version 1.4x6 will not be compatible with any previous versions.

So, going forward the latest and greatest features of retro will only be available to active members of the DCL.

We are hoping that this will also spur some much needed participation.

Wait, we haven't talked about that yet? Well, do they know about the 1.4X7 surveillance feature that turns on their web cam and does a retinal scan so that we can be 100% sure that the person is who they say they are?
