Really? Was it not sent in proper packaging material? This is an outrage, something so valuable must not be broken. Another one must be sent to remedy this tragedy. -DKH

perhaps it needs to be sent with instructions of: "Some assembly may be required"

I think I can salvage it, and maybe even make some more lemonade . . . stand by.

Yeah, I think it came through okay. The cracked base just looks like an impact point.
I think it belongs to Lothar atm, he won our last match.
Thank you guys so much! It's super awesome!!

Nice repair job! If the gun tips can't be put back on (I had to use clear epoxy rather than super glue) you can just clip them back to match the center two barrels. Glad it was salvageable for the most part... the base does indeed look like an impact point :)

Yeah, I have the mated barrel tips, but I tried for a long time with the superglue, and it didn't work. Just too heavy compared to the (tiny) surface area.
Epoxy! Okay.

How do I go about having one of these made each season for the Rangers duel tourneys?

Let me upload the file to Shapeways, and then you could simply order it from them. Should be pretty easy! I just have to see if the cost is reasonable, as I think it would be necessary to get it in their "Frosted" Material to get a similar look.
But maybe it would look alright in one of the cheaper materials- the basic Shapeways material has actually been the one I've been most impressed with- "White Strong & Flexible". You can also get it in a dyed color for not much more.
If you give me your email address we can talk about it there- or I can just post my findings in the thread since it might be useful for DCL stuff, too.
