The Observatory Season 3 Qualifier 1 - 5/6 - 5 PM ET/2 PM PT
It's time!
The Observatory Season 3's first qualifier is back this Saturday at a new time... 5 PM Eastern, 2 PM Pacific. We're moving it back an hour to accommodate the Rangers Saturday games.
There are no rule changes between Season 2 and 3. You'll need to select 3 home levels for the tournament, and your opponent will pick one of those three whenever you have home advantage in a match.
As always, all the information you need is at . You can also get a reminder directly on Twitch at .

One little warning point is that this Saturday's Ranger games (assuming they're Saturday; I'll need to confirm with Verran) may run a little long. The leaders would need to keep a better than 3.3 kills/minute pace to finish in time, assuming no delays in starting, which might be a little dicey; for instance it looks like my big-game average is usually between 2.5 and 3.0. I've previously done 4.23 in Pyromania and 4.52 in Toeboy's Toy Room, both in 8 player games, but Minerva is quite a bit bigger than both. Though there is a 4.68 in an 8-player Blackout game that also featured Jediluke... so maybe it's a pressure thing. And a "that one tunnel where everybody dies" thing.
For a 6-player game, "only" 2.5/minute is required but that's also less people - not sure it's an advantage.
Anyway, just a heads up

The stats you're pulling up here... Crazy!
This is fine, late joining is allowed. I've already moved it an hour from it's normal start time to help.
