See you around!" | "This is my last DCL match before the Ladder becomes a Legacy, and it's an honor to have Drakona as my last opponent...even if I did worse in there than against Jeds. Heh. She thought Ascend was cruel, but I can take shutouts well. It's fun, and the Smart Missile to the face is a fitting end of my short DCL career. "I managed to get in another Octave game before the end! It was enjoyable, and I thought for sure Apo would've schooled me harder than Pudlez. Apo sure likes the Quads, from what I saw, so I had fun using them or Level 2s when he couldn't have it all. I also learned how to play in that map a bit, but it didn't help and I still got careless. | "gg wp! Next to Vulcan, I'd say the weapon I'm most comfortable with is Fusion. I can't charge it without hurting myself half the time, but I can reliably get some good hits in. "I saw Code got giddy when Apo hosted this game. Quote: "Tetrafusion! I think that’s the first time in almost 3 seasons that someone played Tetrafusion without me being involved" Well, it again was fun, and while Apo managed to school me while I screwed up some perfect opportunities, I at least got in some good ones before I lost. With Tetrafusion next door to Monkey Bars, it's always nice to go to the neighboring playground for a bit of variety. And again, Apo did well." Demo link |

Oh, was nice that Cyrus an Naleksi dropped by for a little bit." | "Poor Pudlez; all the 3D and crazy-fun maps were too much joy for his heart! Aah, I don't blame him for wanting core map exercise as most others do that too, so I obliged! One observation I made even to him vocally was how I seemed to do more decently on "autopilot" than when trying to concentrate and think about the game. Still an expected outcome and still enjoyable a match, but we got carried away discussing other things, and said hello to Cyrus an Naleksi during it! Match 5 of 5 in a row." |

Would be fun to try it again sometime." | "My second of two Homins matches against Pudles, and fourth of five in a row (I miscounted earlier). Not much to comment on outside of it's pure fun, but it's interesting to think about how powerful Megas are in D1. They are crazy-powerful. In my youth, I was used to Megas being good, but not *that* good, since I was a casual D3 CTF player back in the day. But D1 Megas have insane splash damage! In any case, it was more fun and Pudlez almost accidentally got in a 21st kill. It was hilarious!" | |

Like our previous game, this one was blind for him, but not hard to figure out. Thanks again to Entropy for introducing this to me, it was *soooo* fun! And again, the report is usually longer to make than a game of this map is to play. It's pure crazy fun and kinda Freespace-like in missile dogfighting." | |

GG!" | "Pudlez tried so hard to upset Entropy's history-making shutout of me in this map, but ultimately I got lucky and my defeat wasn't as bad. 1300 deaths still, sure, but -757 kills! That's 9 more than I got against Entropy! But to be fair to Pudlez, though, it's his first time in Tetrisphere. (Also look up Tetrisphere; it's as fun a game as this match against Pudlez was.) A lot of bad aiming, at least on my part. Mad especially was skillfull enough to not get too far behind, and that helped when he finally got his second-half out in time to make it overtime and then scram away from me. Pretty impressive...but then, I didn't help my case when I brushed by blocks as I was firing missiles...to my peril. It was actually nice to get in some more 3D action." |

"I wanted to at least get in Monkey Bars before Friday, and this match was a fun one to have. If it was the only one I had in it in DCL, it was worth it. Apo's closer to my level, but definitely superior. He gives me too much credit with my Smart missile placement, though; I am a bit spammy with my keyboard setup.
